We measure our success by your satisfaction of the match we make. What happens if a candidate that we referred and you hired simply doesn’t work out? You can breathe easy with our One-Year Guarantee.*

What that means exactly is that if you hire a candidate referred by Allen Partners, we’ll guarantee that placement for 90 days. If the employee leaves or is terminated for any reason within 30 days from their start date, we will provide you with a suitable replacement candidate or we will refund the entire fee.

If your employee leaves or is terminated between 30 and 90 days from the date of employment, we’ll provide you a one-time replacement or a prorated refund within 48 hours of written notification.

What’s more, if the employee leaves or is terminated anytime between the 90th day and their one-year anniversary date, we’ll provide a one-time replacement at 25% off our standard charge.
